- Look at ways of using internet patient groups such as facebook, twitter etc to gain patient feedback
- Must be more mindful of communicating to patients in a style that is understood where patients are members of project groups, at board meetings etc
- Ask patients in clinic what they think of the service – “the silent majority”, leading to implementing their ideas
- To create a user group for a patient information centre in the West London Network. This will involve a mix of health professionals and users of the centre to improve services in a way that is relevant to the users.
