The Project Aspirations
The aspiration of the Centre for Patient Involvement is to encourage continuous (and where possible real-time) patient feedback, continuous small improvements in patient care which ultimately improve and clinical outcomes.
Initially the particular focus is on treatment compliance. By paying m ore attention to compliance, we can improve the overall compliance from 50% and translate the costly and time consuming efforts to make clinical diagnosis into actual improved clinical outcomes for patients.
The idea behind the website is to create a platform for sharing information and materials to help with putting into practice approaches for patient feedback and using feedback to improve clinical care and better patient outcomes.
Our aspiration is to have 100 pilots by the end of the 2010.
