Introduction

This website attempts to capture the energy and content of Achieving Patient Involvement event held at the Royal Society of Medicine in the autumn of 2009. There was representation from NRAS, Arthritis Care, Acute Trust, GMC and DH.

David Nicholson, NHS CEO contributed to the event and keenly supports initiatives looking to improve patient experience.

This site provides a Legacy of the RSM event, practical examples of involving patients including downloadable questionnaires for real-time systematic patient feedback, which has been used to improve patient experience and the clinical services

Please share your experience through this website so that collectively we can achieve more for our patients not just in the UK but globally.
